Each of us is the protagonist in our personal epic. Where does this journey unfold? Within us. Who do we spar with? Ourselves. As Ally approached her 30th birthday, I felt a desire to pay tribute to the remarkable growth she has undergone these past four years. Witnessing her fearlessly combat her inner demons and question her long-held beliefs has been awe-inspiring. In "Mastering Self," Ally faces her ego amidst the expansive seascape of her consciousness. In this vast expanse, she might appear small, an outsider. But don't be mistaken. She's power personified. She's not here just to survive. She's here to rule.
