Here's what I say Thank You for:
When I was "yay-high" I thought I was going to be a pencil artist. I wanted to draw comic books and live in stories. Something happened - life, puberty, the News channels... I don't know what, just 'something' and all that changed.
I didn't find a platform for creativity - a place to drain my energy - until I was halfway through my career in the military. I realize now that I was waay off course back then.
When I say Thank You, I'm thanking you for lending me the means to get here.
You know, Jim Rohn said that if you want to get ahead you've got to set a better sail, keep it maintained and stay sharp for course corrections. However, a ship doesn't vector without the wind and it sure as hell doesn't float without the water.
Thank you for being those things for me. Your patronage and your support enabled me to create the eight pieces laid out below.
Cheers to uphill journies- the view is always better as you go.

Tree of Fire is one of my newest creations this year and my first image in medium format. There's no going back for me.

Avendasora
